24 guage is standard. 25 guage is cheap. 20 guage is premium
Pay attention to the insulation. For example, from Clopay, they have 3 levels
POLYURETHANE R 17.2 at 2"
POLYSTYRENE R 9.1 at 2"
ECONOMY R 6.6 at 2"
If you have a lot of doors, 17.2 is a significant difference.
Full vertical lift is best if it fits in the building.
